Hi everyone and welcome to FitBody by Sara. My name is Sara, qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor and nutrition coach. I also carry a certificate in pre and postnatal training.
Fitness and healthy, balanced diet are my passion and I love what I do. It is amazing to work with so many different people and be able to help them in their fitness journey and educate about healthy habits.
Each and every one of my courses helped me to understand more how the human body works and improved my knowledge. Always in designing a training program I make sure that it will meet my clients' fitness needs and at the same time that it prevents them from getting any injuries. Right posture and technique is the clue - this is what you get when training with me.
