SHOULD I BE EXERCISING WHILE PREGNANT?
the answer to this question is YES. It is absolutely beneficial for pregnant women to exercise. Here are some reasons why:
- maintain your fitness level
- improves your sleep and mood
- reduces stress
- improves your posture and reduces back pain
How to book my trial session?
Once you Sing in/ Log in -> go to 'Book online' -> choose date and time that suits you best -> on the right side choose option ' 'Buy a pricing plan' -> press 'Next' -> choose 'trial session' -> press " Select'
Is there any contract?
No, there is no contract. There are many different options that you can choose from. You can pay as you go for single classes or you can choose a suitable plan.
Do I need to book the class prior to coming?
Yes, booking is required as there are limited spots available for each class.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring with you water, a small towel and a snack (in case ). If you have your own exercise mat and can bring it - that would be great. Please make sure that you are wearing comfortable clothing and shoes.
What if I cannot make it to the class/session?
Just let us know ( ideally 24h before the session starts). In your profile you can enter your upcoming booking and reschedule the session/class.
